Fruity Oatmeal Bars

1/4 cup of honey
1/2 stick of butter
3 Tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 cup of your favorite dried fruit (raisins, cranberries or a mix)
1 1/4 cup of crispy rice cereal
1 cup of Nash Brother Trading Company Organic Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned)

In medium saucepan, heat honey, butter, sugar and cinnamon over medium low heat until butter is melted, stirring frequently.  Bring to a boil; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.  Stir in dried fruit, rice cereal and oats until evenly coated. 

Press mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.  Cool completely.  Cut into bars.  Store in tightly covered in refrigerator.
