Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

1/3 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cold water
1 1/4 cup powder sugar
3/4 cup of marshmallows
2 bags (10 cups) of Nash Brother Trading Company Organic Microwave Popcorn, popped

Combine corn syrup, butter, cold water, confectioner’s sugar and marshmallows in a saucepan over medium heat.  Heat the mixture until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.  Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each piece.

Working quickly and with hands greased in vegetable shortening, shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools.  Wrap balls with cellophane or plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
