Thai-inspired Pasta and Vegetables
½ cup of Nash Brother Trading Company Organic Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Organic or Natural Concentrate Chicken Broth
1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce
¼ teaspoon of crushed red peppers
1 bag of Nash Brother Trading Company Organic Pasta, any style
1 bag of Nash Brother Trading Company Organic Frozen Peas
Combine peanut butter, chicken broth, teriyaki sauce and crushed red pepper in a sauce pan. Heat over medium-low until the peanut butter melts, stirring constantly.
In the meantime, cook pasta according to the package directions and about 2 minutes before the pasta is done, add the frozen vegetables. Allow water to return to a boil and finish cooking pasta. Drain water from pasta and vegetable. Place in a large bowl and toss with the peanut sauce.
